We are walking in honor of our 5 year old son Cale, he was diagnosed with “fires syndrome” it’s a very very very rare condition which affects 1 in 1 million which he passed away from on December 30th, he was a organ donor he completed a triple donation to a young female, and also donated both kidneys to two separate gentlemen all three donor recipients are doing well at this time !
We are participating in the Green 5K to support Iowa Donor Network and their mission
Working Together to Transform Lives Through Organ and Tissue Donation.
